1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by InfoTech Coder, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Service Provision
We provide high-end digital solutions including web development, software engineering, and digital marketing. Each project is subject to a specific service agreement and scope of work.
3. Payment Terms
Payment schedules are defined in individual project contracts. Usually, a 60% advance payment is required to commence work, as per our standard operating procedure.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement, all original code and designs developed for clients become the property of the client upon full payment of all project fees.
